Legacy Letters allow you to create multiple handwritten messages for future moments - whether that’s milestones, celebrations, or words you want to be shared in the years ahead.
How It Works
- Write your handwritten letters on A4 paper
- Select your preferred delivery timeframe before checkout (e.g. within 1 year, 1–3 years, 3–5 years, etc.)
- After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a submission form and instructions

Complete one submission slip for each letter, including:
- Your order number
- The delivery date
- Recipient details
- A letter number (e.g. Letter 1, Letter 2, etc.)
- Place each letter into its own envelope
- Insert the corresponding completed submission slip into each envelope
- Send all envelopes to our PO Box using your own stamps
- Once received, we carefully prepare each letter, place it into a new envelope, and securely store it
- Each letter is then delivered at the right time in the future
Once your letters reach us, we take care of everything - safely storing each one and ensuring they are delivered when they’re needed most.
Important for Multiple Letters
- Each letter must be placed in its own envelope
- Each envelope must include a completed submission slip
- You must clearly label each slip with your order number and letter number (e.g. Letter 1, Letter 2, etc.)
This helps us track and organise your letters accurately.
If a letter is missing or additional letters are received, this system allows us to identify and resolve the issue.

You are purchasing a service, not a physical product
- You will not receive anything by post from us after purchase
- You must send your handwritten letters using your own materials and postage
- Your selected delivery dates must fall within the timeframe chosen at checkout

Each letter is prepared using a standard white envelope for delivery
- Premium options (such as coloured envelopes, wax seals, and ribbon) are available at checkout and are not included as standard
Letters that cannot be processed due to missing or unresolved information may be held or securely disposed of if the issue is not resolved.

Your selected delivery dates must fall within the delivery timeframe purchased at checkout. If any dates fall outside this timeframe, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference or request revised dates. Letters will not be fully processed until this is resolved.
