Moments Mailed allows you to send meaningful handwritten letters to yourself or your loved ones in the future - whether that’s for a special occasion, a personal milestone, or simply a moment when your words are needed most.
How It Works
- Write your handwritten letter on A4 paper
- Select your preferred delivery timeframe before checkout (e.g. within 1 year, 1–3 years, 3–5 years, etc.)
- After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a submission form and instructions
- Complete the submission form, including your order number, chosen delivery date, and recipient details
- Place your letter and completed form inside an envelope using your own stamp
- Send it to our PO Box address
- Once received, we carefully prepare your letter, place it into a new envelope, and securely store it
- Your letter is then delivered at the right time in the future
Once your letter reaches us, we take care of everything — safely storing it and ensuring it arrives when it matters most.

You are purchasing a service, not a physical product
- You will not receive anything by post from us after purchase
- You must send your handwritten letter to us using your own materials and postage
- Your selected delivery date must fall within the timeframe chosen at checkout

Each order includes a standard white envelope for delivery
- Premium options (such as coloured envelopes, wax seals, and ribbon) are available at checkout and are not included as standard
Letters that cannot be processed due to missing or unresolved information may be held or securely disposed of if the issue is not resolved.

Your selected delivery date must fall within the delivery timeframe purchased at checkout. If the date provided is outside this timeframe, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference or ask you to provide a new date within the purchased timeframe. Your letter will not be fully processed until this is resolved.
